• Place your order, send the issues/questions you want answered, and we'll take a look at your site. Together we set a time and date.
• An hour call usually lasts around an hour and fifteen minutes, so we don't have to watch the clock.
• Warning: David asks very direct questions and he doesn't pull punches. Expect to hear the truth about your web site as he sees it; the good, the bad and the ugly.
• Be prepared to take lots of notes and you must be able to access the web while you're talking.
