If you know that your site is listed in certain directories, please tell us so we can use our time getting you more links. But don't worry if you're not sure. We check each directory's listings before submitting your site, and we also check for incoming links to your site. (top)

7. How can you ensure that my site will be accepted in a directory?

We follow the rules of each directory carefully. For example, if a directory requires the "page coded" title, that's what we submit. We regularly contact the owners of the directories on our lists. They know us and the quality of our work, which helps to get approval for your site. (top)

12. Do you guarantee that I will generate more sales?

No, we cannot guarantee that you will generate more sales. We guarantee that your site will get at least the number of one-way incoming links you have purchased. "At least", because most sites get more links than paid for due to our variable rolling submission process. (top)

We live and die by our reputation, and repeat business. One of our top concerns is keeping our customers happy. 14. What happens if I don't get all the links I've paid for?

This hasn't happened in our eight years offering these services, but there's always a first time. Very rarely the service can't be completed within the specified time, but we will continue submitting your site until number of links you've purchased is reached. (top)
